A BIT ABOUT US

The Firm, led by Randy McKay, is comprised of industry leaders in aspects of venue operations, design, business management, efficiency, project capital and fundraising, and revenue optimization. Together, the team has led or consulted on hundreds of venues, venue construction projects, and historic theater restoration projects.
​
Randy has run venues from huge to intimate, rural to city-center, including restoring and opening three abandoned historic theaters. He is a board member of the League of Historic American Theatres and teaches theater restoration and operations nationally. He is a sought-after public speaker on the power of the arts in economic development.
